Το πρόγραμμα Smart Home είναι μία εφαρμογή που θα χρειαστείτε ειδικότερα εάν σκέφτεστε να αγοράσετε το Xiaomi Smart Home Outfit Multifunction Gateway. Αλλά ακόμα και αυτό να μην θέλετε να πάρετε, μέσω της εφαρμογής, μπορείτε να διαχειριστείτε όλες τις έξυπνες συσκευές της Xiaomi: Router, miband, air purifier, Xiaoyi Night Vision Camera, Yeelight, την ασύρματη πρίζα της Xiaomi.Η εφαρμογή είναι στα ελληνικά 100%, μέσω Google όπως είπα για αρχή. Το αυθεντικό πρόγραμμα μπορείτε να το βρείτε εδώ: app.mi.com/detail/75542

Όπως έχετε δει όσοι χρησιμοποιείται την εφαρμογή, για κάθε Smart συσκευή κατεβάζει κάποιο αρχείο από τον server της Xiaomi, που είναι στα κινέζικα φυσικά. Λοιπόν βρήκα που κατεβαίνει αυτό το Plugin, και μετέφρασα του router που έχω. Όποιος έχει άλλη συσκευή που έχει στα κινέζικα το μενού, ας μου στείλει το apk από την τοποθεσία που θα του πω.
Το Plugin θα το βρείτε στην διαδρομή Data/Data/com.xiaomi.smarthome/files/plugin/install/mpk/ένα νούμερο . Ανάλογα με την συσκευή, υπάρχει διαφορετικό νούμερο. ΠΧ, για τον ρούτερ το νούμερο είναι 116. Μέσα βρίσκεται το apk που εφόσον μεταφραστεί, θα έχετε το plugin στα ελληνικά ή στα αγγλικά, ανάλογα με την υπάρχουσα μετάφραση. Φυσικά για να βρείτε το αρχείο, πρέπει να έχετε πρόσβαση root. Αφού το βρείτε, θα χρειαστεί να κατεβάσετε το αντίστοιχο μεταφρασμένο αρχείο από εδώ. Μετά με την βοήθεια του ES file manager, θα αντιγράψετε από πάνω το μεταφρασμένο αρχείο και θα έχετε πια το Plugin όχι στα κινέζικα. Σε τι γλώσσα είναι το plugin, μπορείτε να το δείτε από κάτω.

English language is added in the main app as and in all plug-in. The files must be downloaded ONLY from here. Next to each file below, you can see if it is translated in english or not. The files must be placed in Data/Data/com.xiaomi.smarthome/files/plugin/install/mpk/number, with a file manager that is root. If you cannot do it, the plugin will be in chinese, as in this language comes from Xiaomi server. Files must be renamed to have the same name as the installed . If you have an Smart Device that is not listed in here, please send me the name of the folder (number), the apk and for what device is, at my email: ekonstadoudakis@gmail.com , to translate it.

    Εγω δεν βλέπω επιλογή ήχου (εμφανίζει κενή λίστα) και πλέον δεν μου δουλεύει το σενάριο που είχα φτιάξει να κάνει disarm τον συναγερμό στο διπλό κλικ του κουμπιού. Ενεργοποιείται αλλα δεν απενεργοποιείται

    Apologies if this sounds like a stupid question but do I need to install the Chinese version first, root my device and then copy the the files into the location you stated in the description? It's regarding the latest version Mi Smart Home app. I managed to install the 2.5.3_6013 fine in English, however the latest one doesn't seem to install. I'm pretty new to this all, so thanks in advance for any advice.

      You install only this version. No need to install the chinese. At the thread you will find a updated version, 3.4.2, slightly modded. 2.5.3 is a very old version. You will have to uninstall it, before installing mine (or you will get an error message).

      Thanks. I have installed 3.4.2 and some of the menus are in Chinese, specially the ones to add/create Scenes. Do I have to copy any files into the app folder location? Do I have to root my device. Thanks in advance. James

      In order to replace the chinese plugins, must be root. Scenes is online data so is in chinese. Read what I have written in the first tab.

    thank you so much for this, i hope that Smart Home will be fully english soon! it seems the plugins auto update makes it chinese again. you mention @maddoctor that this 01/07 new plugin update will be in full english? or am i getting the info the wrong way?

      From Monday, because I got the fly and I'll not manage to translate everything, app and plugins will be as usually, Greek/English/French. If you find something in Chinese, will be online data.

    Thank you for your great work! I have a general question about the Night Yeelight (bedside lamp). I just got the smart home kit and am trying to control this lamp with the smart sensors, but the lamp only appears in the main app menu, and not in the smart home menu. Can someone help?

      The plugin I have and the plugin which you have, are the same (number version)!? Mine must be old, so I think it needs update... If you use the original chinese plugin, can you control night yeelight!?

      I renamed the 1199 apk to 1730 and replaced it (the one that will be newly translated in 7/1/2016) to have the most recent English Smart Home plugin. There is no Yeelight bedside lamp plugin as far as I know. And it is not necessary, because the control from the Mi Home App are already in English. This control is exactly the same as this app: play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.yeelight.cherry. This is why I wonder if I can use the smart home kit to control it instead.

      There is a plugin for Yeelight, check the info in the first page.

      The plugin there relates to the smart bulb, not the bedside lamp.

    Hi, there is a new version of the "smart home kit" plugin. The actual version is 1.4.1 and the new version is 2.1 with a totaly new interface ! I don't have this new plugin but some people have it !

      I have already mention it from the morning at the thread for Smart Home. The translation of the plugin will come out after 07/01/2016

      Do you know why some user have it and other don't have it ? can you upload the original apk of this plugin please ?

      The app must download it from the server. Uninstall the app and reinstall it and the app will download the latest plugins. Only that they will be in chinese. Other option is from settings, clear cache of the app, so this will delete the plugins and redownload them from xiaomi

      I try this many time yesterday and the downloaded plugin from the app is always 1.4.1
      The firmware of my gateway is 1.2.1_115.0129 (i think this is the reason)

    So much of the states for the smart home kit are still in Chinese. Actually some of the most important. Why is this, can I help with translation? I mean the states and actions for the sensors.

      Hello. This is online info from Xiaomi server, so it remains in chinese.

      It would be nice to have a short list of translations for those who are able to speak English, so we know how to set these actions up. If someone has time to spare. Unfortunately I have no skills in Chinese whatsoever :(.

    Ποιο αρχείο θα χρειαστώ για την Xiaoyi IP Camera Night Vision; Έχω εγκατεστημένη μία εφαρμογή αλλά είναι στα κινέζικα όλα.

      Για την κάμερα βγήκε νέο plugin που ανέβηκε σήμερα. Αυτόνομη εφαρμογή υπάρχει εδώ στο downloads.

      To plugin το κατέβασα. Είχα κατεβάσει μία εφαρμογή όπου έλεγε "Αγοράστε" και "Είσοδος". Με το που πατάω "Είσοδος" δεν αντιδράει καθόλου, όσες φορές κι αν το πατήσω. Μετά από λίγη ώρα ζητάει Authorization και όταν πατάω Sign In και πάλι δεν αντιδράει. Τι κάνουμε σε αυτή την περίπτωση; Έχω πρώτα απ'όλα τη σωστή εφαρμογή;

      Δεν νομίζω... Χρησιμοποίησε την εφαρμογή εδώ + plugin. Κατέβασε επίσης xiaomi-miui.gr/community/wsif/…amera-ver-2-10-0-6-GR-EN/

      Πάλι τα ίδια. Έσβησα την άλλη εφαρμογή. Κατέβασα και εγκατέστησα αυτά που μου είπες και είμαι πάλι στο σημείο "Είσοδος" που δεν αντιδράει με τίποτα.

    Καλησπέρα πολύ καλή δουλειά!
    Αντιμετωπίζω ένα πρόβλημα, αφου ολοκληρώσω τα βήματα όταν πατάω μέσα στο smart home κάποια συσκευή με πειραγμένο apk_plugin τότε δεν την ανοίγει καν. Άμα το σβήσω το ξανακατεβάζει και μπαίνω κανονικά.

    Καμία ίδέα;

      Κατεβάζει το κινέζικο, κλείνεις την εφαρμογή, επικαλύπτεις με το μεταφρασμένο και δεν τρέχει?

      δυστυχώς όχι. κατέβασα το καινουργιο και το μετέφρασα εκ νέου μέχρι που χρειάστηκε ξανα update :/ ααααα!
      έχει επικοινωνήσει με την xiaomi μήπως και το ΄βαλει επίσημα ως γλώσσα? (ουτοπικο :) )

      Όχι. Εφόσον δεν πουλιέται επίσημα εκτός κίνας, σιγά μην βάλουν άλλη γλώσσα.

    How could I get English language without having English as a system language? I'm using Norwegian system language and then I get Greek language in the app

      I don't speak norwegian. The only language that has the app is greek ang english. You will have to change the language to english, when your are using it, or if you can find someone to decompile it, add norwegian and compile it. At least this is what at the italian miui are doing and I help them wherever they have problem.

    Thanks for these. Definitely a life-saver. Quick question. Say If I wanna control the Wifi Amplifier. Do I have to install Smart Home + Wifi Amplifier (plugin)? Or will just the Smart Home app do?

      Thank you. When Smart Home sees the wifi amplifier, will download the plugin in chinese. Then you will have to replace it with mine which is in english.
