My shopping experience with xiaomiforsale.com
The good things first:
- Very nice and clear eshop layout
- Decent shopping cart navigation
- The most competitive courier shipping fee for an EU warehouse with products from China (one fee per package)
- Competitive prices (especially when including shipping)
- Advertisment for fast European delivery
- They just added Paypal as an option (with extra cost though)
Overall comments for improvement:
- Not the fastest response to emails (customer service)
- No direct answers to certain "difficult" questions (avoiding to give an answer that would block/cancel a sale)
My personal experience:
After contacting them about when they will re-stock the Redmi2-2GB version, they responded on Wed 6 May that it would take place on that day and that i should place an order immediately in order to secure one.
So i did place an order, including some other things, all in stock as well.
1x MiBand
2x Power Bank
1x Screen Protector RedMi 2
1x Xiaomi RedMi 2
1x Xiaomi RedMi 2 - 2GB
Unfortunately, the 2GB version was not in stock in the end.
So instead of them sending me the rest of the order, they did not notify me and waited until the next re-stocking of the 2GB version.

This took place on Wed 13 May and the order was finally shipped.
The order left the Czech Republic and arrived in Germany, where for some reason it was stored for 2 days over the weekend.
Even worse and despite that all contact details were on the order, for some reason that i still do not know, the order has now been returned to the Czech Republic...

So i ask myself.
If i knew that i would end up receiving the order more than 3 weeks after the payment, shouldn't i have sourced a shop from China directly (like i did in the past) and pay less?
I hope it will be sorted out ASAP and i hope they will make it up to me in some way...
