I did this order: W1601070851204593 but i cant find a solution with your support. I ordered a xiaomi redmi note 3 3GB/32GB GOLDEN from EU warehouse in which the advertisment had it in stock. After the payment and the verification of my id you said me that the phone is not in stock and i have to wait about 4-5 days until 14 of january to be shipped. Yesterday you inform me that i have to wait until 25 of january. I asked if there is in stock any other colour of the phone in EU and i never took an answer. Also in your website there is 2 advertisments one which still has the phone in stock in EU (if you change the shipping location from CN to EU) and one more with a different and more expensive price where the phone is on pre-sale for the end of the month. I dont know why you had 2 separate advertisments for the same phone with 2 different prices and stock availability. I want to know if it is possible to have my money back as soon as possible in my bank account and NOT in gearbest wallet.

Most probably the mod misunderstood , hence your addressing your post here .
Just take a look at the heading of this page . Surely you could post here for help and advicce if you have any issue with your Xiaomi mobile
but unfortunetely we cannot help you with your problem at hand . -
